    **Location:** Hybrid – Exton, Pennsylvania, United States

    Position Summary:

    Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) are responsible for implementing targeted sales strategies and campaigns to generate brand-specific pipelines for our Product Sales Engineers. This pivotal role supports the growth of revenue for your designated brand. You will report to the Global Director, Sales Development.

     

    This position is critical to tapping into the new accounts, markets, and industries where Bentley doesn’t have a current footprint. Bentley has a vast and diverse portfolio of products and solutions which continue to create new business opportunities to pursue, and we need your help.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supporting revenue generating activities for your assigned brand.

    + Effective follow-up and management of generated sales leads.

    + Supporting adoption and compliance of Sales Process and Pipeline Management.

    + Sales-related admin functions as directed by your assigned manager.

    + Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support your product or brand.

    + Have a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping ensure that your assigned brand meets the team's defined sales goals.

    + Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.

    + This is an individual contributor role.

    + This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.

    + This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.

    + This role may require minimal travel.

    + Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business OR equivalent work experience.

    + Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

    + Up to 2 years of previous sales or business development experience.

    + Experience in conducting and executing sales initiatives.

    + Experience with Salesforce. Experience using Cognism, Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus.

    + Ability to multi-task.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects.

    + Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

    + Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
