We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in AEM to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing developing and implementing high-quality solutions in a hybrid work model. Candidate will have a strong technical background in AEM and will contribute to the company's innovative projects enhancing user experiences and driving business success.

Location - SaintLouis, MO - This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence. Candidates open to relocate to can apply as well!

Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement AEM-based solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions.

+ Ensure code quality and maintainability through regular code reviews and best practices.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

+ Optimize application performance and scalability to support business growth.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies as needed.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.

+ Document technical specifications and project plans for effective communication.

+ Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.

+ Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

+ Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong understanding of AEM architecture and development practices.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in Java HTML CSS and JavaScript for AEM development.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to remote collaboration tools.

+ Show ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

+ Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
