    Sr. Site Specialist – Lexington, MA

     

    Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L) and manage requests through the Media Request System.

    + Review batch records for data integrity.

    + Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory.

    + Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab.

    + Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

    + Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting).

    + Suggest and implement process improvements.

    + Support onboarding and training new team members.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience:

    + High School diploma required; college degree preferred.

    + 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.

    + Customer service experience is a plus

    Knowledge and Skills:

    + Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently.

    + Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required).

    + Ability to work overtime as needed.
