    Purpose

     

    This role is responsible for supervising customer field service the day to day activities such as meter reading, move ins/outs, disconnects, meter installs & maintenance, and emergency response. The incumbent will also supervise adjustments to day-time dispatch including prioritization, scheduling, dispatch communications, emergency response, and completion tracking. Scope also includes supporting operating the meter shop for local operations to assure equipment availibility. This role will prioritize adherence to compliance, standards, codes and regulations, as well as current industry practices designed to ensure the safety of Liberty workers, customers and the general public. This position frequently involves working to very tight deadlines and adapting or extending working hours to fit the requirements of the job and seasonal work-load levels.

    Education and Experience

    + Expertise - advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents

    + College or professional program of 3 years or less

    + 5-10 years of experiences
