    Position Description:

    Examines academic records of students to determine eligibility for graduation or for admission to college, university, or graduate school.

    Major/Essential Functions:

    + Direct, frequent correspondence with Undergraduate Admissions, Academic Advising Community, and incoming and current students.

    + Prepare correspondence to academic departments concerning evaluations.

    + Receive and evaluate transcripts of entering students; enter transfer work into electronic records.

    + Monitor Registrar Dashboard for Advisor & Transfer Equivalency Requests.

    + Enter data into electronic transfer equivalency tables.

    + Respond to emails, phone calls, assist with walk-in traffic.

    + Other related duties as assigned.

    Bachelor's degree in education, sociology, psychology, or related field of study. Two years of counseling, admission, evaluation, student services or experience in a related area; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six years.
