CTG is seeking to fill a Maximo Tester (Quality Engineer/Functional) opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

**Location:** Dallas, TX

**Duration:** 6 months

Duties:

+ Perform functional and quality assurance testing for Maximo Application 7.6.

+ Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

+ Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure application meets requirements.

+ Track defects and issues using Jira and follow through resolution.

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Support SDLC processes and ensure compliance with testing standards.

Skills:

+ Functional knowledge of Maximo Application 7.6

+ Manual testing and test case execution

+ SDLC understanding and implementation

+ Jira for defect tracking and reporting

+ Agile methodologies

+ Maximo Automation Testing framework experience (plus)

+ Industry knowledge in Energy and Utility sectors (plus)

Experience:

+ Proven experience testing Maximo Applications, preferably version 7.6

+ Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing techniques

+ Experience working in Agile development environments

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
