CTG is seeking to fill a Pega Developer opening for our client in Sunrise, FL.

**Location:** Sunrise, FL

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Design, develop, and implement Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) applications and business rules within the BPM Suite.

+ Integrate Pega BPM applications with supporting enterprise applications.

+ Participate in the full Pega implementation lifecycle including tool installation, business rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment.

+ Develop complex BPM application interfaces with Mainframe, web, and client-server legacy systems.

+ Analyze programs, applications, and systems, providing strategic recommendations to management.

+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of Pega solutions with organizational requirements.

+ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and governance standards.

Skills:

+ Strong proficiency in Pega PRPC and the Pega framework.

+ Experience with BPM methodology and workflow capabilities.

+ Knowledge of integration techniques with Mainframe, web, and client-server systems.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

+ Extensive experience designing and implementing Pega applications.

+ Proven track record in the full Pega development lifecycle.

+ Experience integrating BPM solutions with complex enterprise systems.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
