    Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices

    + Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

    + Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

    • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

    WE VALUE

    • Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

    • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • Knowledge in circuit card manufacturing
