    Electrical Engineer II

     

    You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering processes and products.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Support the design and development of electrical systems and components.

    + Provide technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

    + Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

    + 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering.

    + Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.

    + Proficiency in electrical design software and tools. Experience with tools such as AutoCAD or MATLAB is essential for this role.

    + Experience with electrical codes and standards. (NEC, NFPA79, UL508A)

    + Experience with 480vac power distribution.

    + Experience with 24vdc systems.

    + Experience with Profibus, ProfiNet, EtherCat, Ethernet.

    + Experience with PLC and PC based control systems.

    + Experience with motor control including VFD’s and Servo’s.
