    _Sr. IT Analyst for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA_

    Responsibilities:

    + Act as the Single Point of Contact for SAP FICA stakeholder-level needs and participate as an active member of the client stakeholder leadership teams.

    + Build SAP S4 Hana Standard processes.

    + Train all new users on FICA.

    + Partner with business and Finance groups to set strategic direction and develop and improve processes and procedures.

    + Work with SBG & Functional contacts to prioritize current and planned functional needs, including ongoing resource requirements for the solutioning team.

    + Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.

    + Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of SAP FICA experience.

    + Must have 5 years of experience with the following: managing SAP FICA activities; IT-related experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organization; end-to-end process knowledge in Finance domain, understand business process, Intercompany, Treasury Management, Payment process, Month end closure process, etc.; and experience working with teams utilizing Agile delivery methodology, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on milestones and deliverables in a timely manner.

    + Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Knowledge in SAP S4 Hana FICA and RAR; and understanding of SAP BRIM and how this works with FICA.

    + Location: Atlanta, GA

    + 40 hours/week
