    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    + Manipulate small parts (i.e. fine motor skills)

    + Proficiency and in-house certification in soldering

    + Proficiency and understanding of how to use measurement tools

    + Ability to frequently use microscopes

    + Ability to pass an annual eye exam, as required

    + Ability to distinguish colors accurately • Ability to pass safety wire training

    + Ability to work with adhesives, chemicals, etc. as called out in work instructions

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Assemble parts per work instructions

    + Calibrate /ATP test production assemblies

    + Support RMAs and root cause efforts, as assigned

    + Support product launch efforts, as assigned • Identify and tag non-conforming materials, as called out in quality procedures

    + Maintain flexibility to work in multiple areas, as assigned

    + Collaborate with others in a team environment

    + Train others, as assigned

    + Complete other work, as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THIS ROLE:

    + 1+ year experience in manufacturing/assembly environments
