We're Hiring: School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Fairmont, WV

Are you a dedicated BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Join our team and help support students with academic and behavioral challenges through expert consultation, training, and direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.

+ Supervise Amergis Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

+ Provide hands-on support in a 2:1 setting with a non-verbal student.

+ Deliver clinical teaching and behavioral guidance in the classroom.

+ Ensure safe and effective service delivery — restraint training is required.

Qualifications:

+ Active BCBA certification from the BACB. Required

+ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field.

+ Preferred experience in school-based behavior analytic services.

+ At least one year of pediatric experience preferred.

+ CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable).

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.
