    Salary: $24 / Hour

     

    Behavior Technician – Be the Calm, Be the Change (School-Based) ??

     

    Are you ready to make a real impact in a student’s life—every single day? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll work hands-on with students who have special needs, helping them build essential skills, navigate their routines, and thrive in the classroom. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of educators, behavioral specialists, and school staff, all working toward one goal: student success.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom environments

    + Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans

    + Collaborating with teachers and specialists to monitor progress and adjust strategies

    + Helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging space for students to grow

    What You’ll Bring:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience preferred

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
