Salary: $585 / Week

School Aides play a vital role in supporting students and maintaining a positive learning environment. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with classroom activities, helping students stay engaged and on task, and providing one-on-one or small group support as needed. They also supervise students during recess, lunch, and transitions to ensure safety and smooth routines. School Aides work closely with teachers and staff to reinforce lessons, manage behavior, and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere throughout the school day.

+ Pay: $18/hour

+ Schedule: Full-time & Part-time openings available

+ Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities

+ Supporting classroom instruction and student engagement

+ Assisting with supervision during recess, lunch, and transitions

+ Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet student needs

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience working with children preferred

+ Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
