Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Modality: Campus-Based (Guaranteed 1 Remote Day/Week)

Pay Rate: $58/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our school-based team in Austin, TX. This role involves conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success across K–12 settings.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEPs.

+ Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational environment.

+ Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation.

+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

+ Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

+ Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Caseload & Support

+ Caseload: 45–55 students

+ Grade Levels: K–12

+ Classroom Types: General Education, Inclusion, Self-Contained

+ Team Support: Collaborative Speech Team on campus

+ Group or 1:1 Support Staff: Not applicable

Requirements

+ Active SLP licensure in the state of Texas

+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
