Zions Bancorporation seeks a detail-oriented **_Enterprise Spread Review Specialist_** for our Centralized Spreading/Quality Assurance Review team. We need someone who can review account data, verify information for quality and accuracy and mitigate risk. We need someone who can come up-to-speed very quickly. This position will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

+ Conducts quality assurance reviews for financial statement spreads performed by field officers or fulfilled through the use of artificial intelligence.

+ Provides support and guidance for spread requests made by bank employees.

+ Resolves issues to facilitate the Risk Grading of spreads.

+ Completes consolidations and projections as requested by bank employees.

+ Analyzes and spreads complex business financial statements or business tax returns using Moody’s CreditLens.

+ Acts as a source of knowledge to bank employees for spreading standards, accounting principles, and team procedures and processes.

+ Resolves spreading issues between bank employees and team members.

+ Assists in preparing reports utilized by Senior Management.

+ Takes a lead role in spreading activities and assists in QUIQSpread and CreditLens training and certification development.

+ Makes recommendations to improve risk management processes.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field

+ 0-2 years experience with credit/financial spreading and analysis, financial spreading systems, accounting principles and practices or other directly related experience.

+ Prefer a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

+ For internal candidates Moody's certification is preferred.

+ A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

+ Experienced working knowledge of financial data and spread analysis, accounting, credit, lending principles, processes, and practices.

+ Experienced working knowledge of credit risk, legal and regulatory requirements.

+ Experienced understanding of credit administration, policy and procedures.

+ Sound analytical skills and attention to detail are a must.

+ Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.

+ Ability to read and comprehend financial data.

+ Ability to work with lending officers and staff.

+ Good internal client relationship, judgement and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding spreads.

+ High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge in other computer software such as adobe acrobat, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
