Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Asphalt Paving Foremen** for commercial projects in the **Hampstead, MD** area. The pay range is **$30.00 – $40.00** per hour based on experience. All Foreman are scheduled **40+ hours a week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** .
Ultimate Job Duties
+ Plan, manage, and evaluate daily work of the paving crew
+ Interpret construction plans and drawings
+ Lead onsite paving operations while working alongside crew members
+ Oversee material ordering, scheduling, and usage
+ Coordinate with other divisions or crews to maintain project efficiency
+ Complete and submit accurate daily work logs
+ Document job progress and any changes or additional work
+ Operate paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
+ Monitor work quality and enforce safety procedures
+ Serve as the primary onsite contact for supervisors, inspectors, and subcontractors
+ Other duties as assigned
Ultimate Trade Requirements
+ 3–5 years of asphalt paving experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
+ Strong working knowledge of paving techniques and equipment
+ Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Availability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends
+ MDE Erosion and Sediment Control Certification (preferred)
+ Adult CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs
+ Ability to work in all weather conditions and noisy, high-traffic environments
