Job Description
Insight Global is working with a healthcare technology client to identify a team of Clinical Intelligence Specialists. This company offers an AI tool that bridges the gap between patients and their medications, making it easier for doctors to send prescriptions and patients to get them. The tool handles prior authorizations, affordability, and pharmacy coordination for every Rx that is prescribed through it. As an Intelligence Specialist, you’ll help set clinical standards and make sure the clients platform supports providers and patients accurately and efficiently. The patient base is growing by the day and they need this support as the scale and beyond. You’ll use clinical experience to build clear processes, review data, and work with product and engineering teams to improve our tools. You’ll help make sure the system is reliable, safe, and reflects real-world medical needs.
This role is fast-paced and hands-on. You’ll have a lot of responsibility and freedom to make an impact. The typical day-to-day might include:
- Turn clinical knowledge into practical workflows and standards
- Review and improve data quality
- Make sure our platform is accurate and reliable
- Work with different teams to solve problems and improve our products
- Learn about new medical specialties to help build better AI tools
- Help develop new products and features
This is a direct-hire, onsite role in New York, New York. The company fully covers medical, vision, and dental insurance, along with unlimited PTO, 16 weeks of parental leave, 401k options, and catered meals. The salary range is between $100-140k.

Skills and Requirements
- 2–8 years as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role (Clinical Pharmacist, PharmD) directly providing patient care and clinical decision making.
- Experience as a Clinician in an outpatient or specialty setting, particularly involving work with prior authorizations and patient access to therapy
- Strong written communication, with an ability to translate complex clinical data into logic that can be understood by non-clinical teams
- Interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teammates on building new technologies
- Comes from one of the following specialties: Psychiatric Care, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Neurology, Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology. Would also consider Oncology, Internal Medicine.
