    Job Description

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

    • Minimum 3+ years in high-volume automated manufacturing.

     

    o PV or electronics manufacturing experience preferred.

     

    • Experience with track and report on yields, scrap, and OEE; lead corrective actions.

    • Hands-on experience with equipment qualification/optimization. Root Cause Analysis.

     

    o Preference on PV module processes (stringing, lamination, EL/flash testing, framing, final testing).

     

    • Strong working knowledge of SPC, DOE, PFMEA, control plans and compliance standards.

    o Especially: UL 61730, IEC 61215, ISO 9001

    • Proven experience with automation & robotics; troubleshooting PLCs, and NPI.
