    Position Details

    + Shift: Mid-Day / Evening (Closing Shift)

    + Experience: Dispatching experience is great but not required — we’ll train the right person!

    + Location: New Port Richey, FL

    What You’ll Be Doing

    This isn’t just a desk job — it’s the heartbeat of our field operations. As a Dispatcher, you’ll:

     

    + Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes

    + Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time

    + Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories

    + Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps

    + Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly

    What We’re Looking For

    + Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-moving priorities

    + Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus!)

    + Organized, dependable , and looking for more than “just a job”

    + Evening availability is required

     

    Bonus if you have experience in dispatching or HVAC, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
