    The Manager, Technical Program Management will lead and support a team of TPMs working across diverse technologies and disciplines to invent, develop, and deliver next-generation wearable devices.     Required Skills:

    Manager, Hardware Technical Program Management Responsibilities:

    1. Manage all aspects of people management within the Hardware TPM organization, including hiring, team structure, performance management, and career development. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, delivering ongoing feedback and coaching, and creating meaningful growth opportunities for direct reports

    2. Collaborate on the development of end-to-end project plans, guide teams through successful execution, and ensure leadership and key stakeholders remain aligned on progress and milestones

    3. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to set and adapt long-term strategies in response to evolving priorities and opportunities

    4. Champion engineering and operational best practices by defining metrics and processes for continuous assessment and improvement. Lead cross-functional process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality

    5. Clearly communicate the technology, requirements, objectives, and milestones across programs and teams to ensure alignment and accountability

    6. Define clear expectations and lead the creation of a collaborative, high-accountability environment in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. 3+ years of experience building and leading global teams of Technical Program Managers

    8. 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management

    9. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    10. Experience scaling organizations while fostering a collaborative team environment

    11. Fluent with hardware development processes and industry-leading best practices

    12. Experience working autonomously across multiple teams

    13. Hands-on experience as a Systems Technical Program Manager (TPM)

    14. Experience leading large, cross-functional teams

    15. 3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer electronics hardware at scale

    16. 3+ years of experience as an engineer developing consumer products

    17. Experience developing program frameworks to enhance operational and engineering effectiveness, including methodologies such as Product Development Process (PDP), New Technology Introduction (NTI), Product Design Process, and related practices

    Public Compensation:

    $167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
