    **Job Type:** Full-Time | **Schedule:** 8:00am -4:00pm | **Pay Rate:** $30.95 an hr

     

    We’re hiring a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support facility and equipment maintenance at our Filer, ID site. This hands-on role includes light repairs, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment support for production and field operations.

    Key Duties:

    + Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation repairs

    + Complete scheduled preventative maintenance

    + Inspect and maintain company vehicles

    + Groundskeeping (mowing, edging, weed control)

    + Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and supply runs

    + Operate power tools, hand tools, and forklifts

    + Load/unload shipments and support light janitorial tasks

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 1–3 years of maintenance experience (manufacturing or ag preferred)

    + Forklift experience (certification preferred)

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Physically able to lift 20–50 lbs and perform physical tasks

    Skills:

    + Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge

    + Time management & problem-solving

    + Safety focused and self-motivated

    + Microsoft Office & computer skills
