PDS Tech Commercial is proud to partner with a global aviation leader to hire skilled **Technicians, Avionics/Electronics** in Opa Locka, FL. This is your chance to work hands-on with advanced aircraft systems, directly impacting the safety and performance of aircraft trusted around the world.

What You’ll Do

As an Avionics/Electronics Technician, you’ll play a vital role ensuring aircraft readiness by:

+ Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and servicing aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.

+ Performing and documenting work in compliance with manuals, regulations, and quality standards.

+ Operating ground support equipment as needed.

+ Supporting mechanical/electrical removals and installations.

+ Collaborating with other maintenance teams and assisting with off-site maintenance when required.

+ Following safety and environmental procedures, including 5-S activities.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Technical school training in Avionics/Electrical Aircraft systems or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 5 years of avionics work experience (or substantiated equivalent).

+ Experience on Daniels Kits

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings.

+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and basic PC proficiency.

+ Personal set of basic hand tools with proven inventory and control practices.

+ Ability to work overtime, variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather.

+ Eligibility to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ FAA Certifications: Airframe, Powerplant, or A&P License.

+ AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certificate or GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License).

+ Experience with corporate jets and/or commercial aircraft.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
