    Description:

    Daily space checks, confirm barcodes/signage/random furniture relocations/etc.

     

    Support with vendor walkthroughs/visits, monitor vendor installations if needed.

     

    Install barcode brackets/name plate magnets at workstations

     

    Manage FMS designer tickets - Medical Accommodations requests, any minor furniture related issues that are currently being entered

     

    Organize furniture receivers & update designers

     

    Manage trophy cases

     

    Support with BU moves/relocation

     

    Take new space photos for myRes/project updates

     

    Support designers with Design Library Maintenance

     

    Arrange for the Printing & Installation of Locker Instruction Signage

     

    Assist with Summit Planning/overseeing plant moves/Holiday Decorations Installation/Removal

     

    Order Office & Printer Supplies

     

    Oversee Maintenance of the Plotter

     

    POC for Event Space/spec
