    Description:

    + Pega Certifications up to and including Lead System Architect (at least 3 years of Pega experience)

    + A highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

    + Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications.

    + Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.

    + Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices.

    + Advanced knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.

    + Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions.

    + Working knowledge of Azure DevOps

    + Releases

    + Backlogs

    + Experience with end-to-end solution delivery in Pega

    + Lead project teams

    + Ensure successful project implementation

    + Ensure coding and quality standards are met

    + Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews and demos

    + Willing to lead peers/developers in a group environment, serving as a coach and mentor.

    + Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert and pro-actively responding to ad hoc questions
