You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

    Qualifications

    • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph requirement to start and be maintained.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.

    • **Experience with Tableau is required.**

    • Excellent data storytelling skills and the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.

    • Experience collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets using various analytical tools and techniques.

    • Design, create, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key business metrics and insights.

    • Develop reports and presentations to illustrate data trends and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reports and analyses.

    • Conduct statistical analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.

    • Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity and improve decision-making.

    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing regular audits and data validation checks.

    • Provide expertise in data analysis and best practices.

    • Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

    • Relevant certifications in data analysis or visualization will be a plus.
