Job Summary:

Are you a network-savvy problem solver who thrives in secure, high-stakes environments? We’re looking for a Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. Primary Responsibilities

+ Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions

+ Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting

+ Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput

+ Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements

+ Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication

+ Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture

+ Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Basic Qualifications

+ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, plus **10 years** of professional experience in Network Engineering support and training.

+ _OR_ Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field, plus **12 years** of relevant experience.

+ _OR_ No degree, but **16 years** of relevant Network Engineering experience, including a recognized industry certification such as:

+ Juniper Certification Tracks (e.g., Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Design, Enterprise Routing & Switching, Junos Security, Service Provider Routing & Switching)

+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

+ Arista Configuration Essentials

+ **Required Certification:** Must hold an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification.

+ **Clearance Requirement** – Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

+ Experience in with IC/mission-critical environments

+ Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications

+ Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset

+ Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure

+ Clear, concise documentation and communication skills

+ A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure

Pay Range:

Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
