Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Night Shift)
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE
**Salary Range:** $52.22 – $77.59/hour, plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7/hour night shift differential.
_Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement._

What You’ll Do
+ Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
+ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
+ Document care accurately and timely
+ Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members’ competencies
+ Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
+ Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
What You Bring
+ **Education** : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
+ **Licensure** : Active RN license in Washington (or ability to obtain)
+ **Certifications** : BLS required; ACLS and specialty certifications preferred
+ **Experience** : Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
+ **Skills** :
+ Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
+ Excellent communication and teamwork
+ Familiarity with EPIC EHR
+ Commitment to patient-centered care
