    Supervisor Imaging – Radiology

    Vancouver, WA | Full Time | Day Shift

    **Salary Range: $57.28 – $85.88/hour.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and support a talented team of Radiology Technologists

    + Drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance

    + Collaborate with physicians and staff to enhance service delivery

    + Mentor and develop team members through meaningful feedback and coaching

    + Contribute to budget planning and operational strategy

    + Occasionally perform Radiology Technologist duties as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    + Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology and/or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)

    + ARRT-R certification and Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in imaging; leadership experience preferred

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Passion for patient care and caregiver engagement
