    • Impact – aligning technical work directly with business outcomes, from cost efficiency to AI-driven growth.

As a Staff TPM, you will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and deliver programs that ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of our data infrastructure, while incubating lightweight AI capabilities that integrate seamlessly into our data workflows.

    + **Program Leadership**

+ Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact data engineering programs (pipelines, governance, observability, storage, and analytics platforms).

+ Own roadmaps and outcomes, ensuring alignment across data engineers, ML engineers, and product partners.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

+ Translate strategic goals and product roadmaps into program delivery roadmaps and measured business value.

+ Serve as the connective tissue across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Security, Product, and Infrastructure teams.

+ Build executive-level visibility with clear metrics and reporting.

+ **Agentic AI / MCP Integration**

+ Identify opportunities where Agentic AI workflows or MCP-based integrations can improve data discovery, orchestration, and automation.

+ Partner with AI engineers to scope, pilot, and deploy small-scale AI features that complement the core data platform.

+ Evaluate trade-offs between cutting-edge experimentation and operational robustness.

    + **Governance & Risk Management**

+ Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and privacy standards.

+ Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.

    + **Mentorship & Influence**

+ Mentor other TPMs and engineers on program execution best practices.

+ Act as a thought leader in scaling data programs across the organization.

    What You’ll Bring

    + **Experience**

+ 5+ years in Technical Program Management experience.

+ Proven success delivering data platform or large-scale distributed systems programs in complex organizations.

+ Experience with cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/GCP/Azure data services).

+ Exposure to AI/ML workflows, and interest in Agentic AI or MCP frameworks.

    + **Skills**

+ Strong technical literacy across data pipelines, ETL/ELT, governance, observability, and AI integration patterns.

+ Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.

+ Ability to create management systems that scale across multiple products and engineering teams.

+ Ability to align technical strategy with measurable business outcomes.

    + **Mindset**

+ Bias for action with structured execution discipline.

+ Comfort with ambiguity, innovation, and scaling new capabilities.

+ Collaborative leadership style that builds trust across engineering and business stakeholders.

    Why Join Us

+ Shape the future of our data platform, ensuring that data assets are reliable, secure, and accessible.

+ Collaborate on Agentic AI and MCP solutions that will influence how the enterprise engages with data at scale.
