    + + Now Hiring: Hourly Night-Time Manager

     

    Hours: 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Up to 5 shifts per week)Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

     

    Are you a dependable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're looking for a Night-Time Hourly Manager who ensures our restaurant runs just as smoothly as if the GM were on-site.

    What You'll Do:

    + Lead evening operations with consistency and professionalism

    + Ensure all team members follow Kneaders policies and procedures

    + Work shoulder-to-shoulder with employees-this is not a "sit back and watch" role

    + Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a collaborative environment

    + Deliver exceptional guest experiences, even during high-volume hours

    + Support and communicate with other members of the team

    + Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
