Open Positions:

+ **Technology Business Analyst:** As a Tech BA, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll analyze requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

+ **Java Developer/Software Engineer:** If you're a coding enthusiast, join us as a Java Developer and contribute to building and maintaining high-performance applications. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and agile environment.

What We're Looking For:

+ **General Requirements (Both Roles):**

+ Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.

+ Prior internship or work experience in a technology-related field is a plus.

+ **Technology Business Analyst:**

+ Foundational knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.

+ Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.

+ Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

+ Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications

+ **Java Developer/Software Engineer:**

+ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

+ Proficiency in Java programming language.

+ Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

+ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

$62,620.00 - $106,840.00
