    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment

    + Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed

    + Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures

    + Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

    + Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment

    + Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision

    + Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
