What’s a typical day as a Harvest Scale Operator? You’ll be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Answering and directing incoming phone calls.

+ Greeting visitors and providing appropriate PPE.

+ Scaling and directing carriers (corn, cobs, soybeans, discard).

+ Printing scale tickets, seed load tickets, and other necessary paperwork.

+ Verifying, calculating, and entering data accurately into computer systems.

+ Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

+ Maintaining records in Global Seed systems (Seed Pro, SharePoint).

+ Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ A **High School Diploma or GED** .

+ **Administrative or clerical experience** (preferred).

+ Proficiency with **computers, Microsoft Office (Excel), and databases** .

+ Strong **attention to detail** , customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

+ The ability to sit/stand for long periods and perform **repetitive keyboard/computer work** .

+ Flexibility to work some **overtime and weekends** as needed.

Work Details:

+ **Schedule:**

+ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may vary)

+ 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (may vary)

+ **Pay Rate:** $18/hr (1st shift) | $21/hr (2nd shift, includes $3/hr premium)

+ **Contract Type:** Seasonal Harvest Assignment – **NOT temp-to-hire** .

+ **Location:** Onsite
