    Security Receptionist

    + 2 years or more working in security- client facing, corporate/ front of house, reception, concierge or customer service experience and experience in security access control systems. Lenel and video management system/CCTV is a plus.

    + Strong verbal and written communication, and analytical skills (candidates will be corresponding via email/teams/slack to client employees informing of visitors/deliveries). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Will be responsible for all lobby functions at client's global headquarters including greeting visitors and directing them to the proper client contact, issuing proper passes, and ensuring that access is granted only to those employees, vendors and contractors meeting client requirements. Lobby receptionists interact daily with all levels within client to include the executive team, CEO and client's board of directors.

    + Duties include visitor management- greeting all staff, signing in visitors-issuing visitors' badges. Respond to emergencies when needed (while primarily sedentary, candidate must be able to respond quickly during emergency response)

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
