Job Description:

Experienced and visionary Senior Director of Global Strategic Partnerships to lead efforts in recruiting and nurturing strategic partnerships with key industry players and ecosystem stakeholders on a global scale. This role will serve as a catalyst for growth, driving expansion, and ensuring the success of Parsons’ platform to maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities

+ Implementation of Parsons Intelligent Infrastructure global partnership strategy

+ Develop strategic partnership models

+ Identify and build strategic alliances and partnerships

+ Drive Partnership recruit.

+ Acquisition, negotiation, and maintenance of strategic Partner ecosystem

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute Parsons II initiatives and partnerships

Preferred Education / Experience

+ 7+ Years relevant experience in leadership roles

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.

+ 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or technology-driven projects.

+ Proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic partnerships, business development and sales

+ Experience working in emergent environments and high tech; versed in establishing new structures & business processes

+ Experience leading & managing global partner initiatives

+ Strong experience collaborating with diverse distributed teams

+ Experience at c-level

+ A plus: Experience working in Public, critical infrastructure, security, defense & intelligence, and space sectors.

+ Must be an Agile thinker and able to pivot quickly and think of creative solutions to complex problems.

Proven ability for working with a large and diverse group of personnel within field of expertise and providing direction for resolving complex work assignments. Also requires experienced knowledge of standard practices within field of expertise, as well as applicable codes and regulations. Must be knowledgeable of best practices for utilizing communication technology, automation, and various software applications in order to achieve the highest level of productivity within organizational unit. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations to senior management, must also be demonstrated. Influencing and Negotiating skills are important requisites for this role.

Salary Range: $80.48 - $151.20
