Cleveland Clinic Florida is looking to add a Program Manager II to the team who will support the Primary Care Institute, which is the second largest institute with over 150 clinicians. In this role, you will provide institutional-level oversight and support for market-level business report outs, operational deliverables, submarket data support, coordination and management of governance groups and focus groups. These responsibilities span clinical operations and practice management functions. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. This position will work between two Cleveland Clinic Florida sites, including Stuart Family Health Center and Indian River Hospital Primary Care of the Treasure Coast Vero Beach.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
+ Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
+ Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
+ Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
+ Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
+ Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
+ Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR an Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR a Master's Degree and two years of experience
+ Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
+ Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to manage governance and operational deliverables
+ Comfort with matrixed leadership interactions
+ Experience with data manipulation and reporting

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
