The **Vice President of Rental Operations** is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of operational functions across Extra Holidays and T+L Global Rental businesses. This role leads to the creation of multi-year operational strategies and ensures the effective execution of annual plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This leader sets the overall direction for rental operations, with a focus on process improvement, resource optimization, and operational efficiency. The role collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Revenue Yield and Club Management teams, to ensure seamless operations and drive financial performance and member growth.
Additional responsibilities include reporting operational performance metrics monthly and developing a unified view of all Rental and Prospect performance plans, aligning them with the growth of Vacation Ownership Interest sales and the monetization of Developer Obligation.
A critical aspect of the role is building and leading a high-performing operations team by championing an inclusive, diverse, growth-oriented approach to hiring, talent development, and leadership.
How You’ll Shine
Strategic Planning & Partnering
+ Align with cross-functional partners (Digital, IT, Legal, Contact Center) to ensure cohesive execution.
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Ops to design data-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and hit KPIs.
+ Support lead generation, data capture, and CRM integration strategies.
+ Identify high-opportunity sales resorts based on seasonality and revenue potential.
+ Direct inventory acquisition and owner rental strategy.
+ Build multi-year strategies to drive Vacation Ownership Interest (VOI) growth from rental prospects.
+ Expand partnerships and channels, including Wyndham Rewards.
Operational Development
+ Lead documentation of program goals, progress, and outcomes.
+ Oversee project execution across CRM, loyalty, and operational initiatives.
+ Ensure operational initiatives meet timelines, legal, brand, and IT/security standards.
+ Continuously improving practices within Owner Rental to enhance customer satisfaction.
Marketing Development
+ Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, SMS, social).
+ Oversee campaign execution from concept through legal/brand approvals.
+ Drive incremental revenue via digital lead gen and media strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
+ Provide senior leadership with regular updates on campaign performance and business impact.
+ Implement tracking for web assets and campaigns to enable analytics and decision-making.
+ Partner with analytics teams for insight generation and performance modeling.
Client & Vendor Management
+ Lead cross-sell efforts with internal teams and external partners.
+ Manage vendor relationships to ensure brand alignment, efficiency, and data compliance.
+ Facilitate data integration across WVO systems for lead distribution, reporting, and retargeting.
+ Ensure campaigns are privacy-compliant and adhere to contact strategy guidelines.

What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field
+ Ability to report and present marketing concepts and strategic growth to audiences across all levels of the organization
+ A naturally collaborative leadership style, where opinions of other leaders cross-functionally are valued and embraced
+ Experience and ownership of managing expense budgets and operational costs more than $75 Million
+ Analytical, leadership and communications skills as demonstrated through his/her professional and educational background / achievements, as well as organizational skills
+ Minimum of 10+ years’ marketing experience in sizable brand or company generating revenue in excess of $125Million and managing and creating large cohesive tiered teams inclusive of both FTE’s and contingent associates.
+ Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in traffic and revenue growth
