    About the Role

     

    The Exam Accommodations Representative is responsible for providing dedicated assistance to PSI candidates in need of specific accommodations. This is a semi-sedentary position, working in a fast-paced call center environment.

     

    This is a full-time permanent role during test center opening hours. The incumbent may need to be available to support critical issues during evenings and over weekends.

    Role Responsibilities

    + Assist candidates via phone and email who are requesting exam accommodations.

    + Working with various departments to support all activities related to the exam accommodations.

    + Respond directly to requests initiated by candidates, client services and leadership utilizing a variety of systems.

    + Coordinate with site administration staff to ensure exam accommodations for each candidate are met.

    + Follow up with candidates to the status of their accommodations.

    + Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

    + Maintain spreadsheets and reporting for the Exam Accommodations team.

    + Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of all scheduling platforms, services, and strategic communication plan.

    + Assist with registration and scheduling of CSRs on an as-needed basis.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Experience in a call center environment expected.

    + Experience in a Tier 2 customer service role preferred.

    + Acceptable attendance point balance in previous roles expected.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.
