• Marketing Assistant

    Sinclair Broadcast Group (Beaumont, TX)


    KFDM Beaumont is seeking a motivated professional to join our Digital Sales Team as a Marketing Assistant. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.

    DUTIES:

    + This position will be responsible for the ordering, implementation and fulfillment of online advertising campaigns

    + Will work with a diverse team of Marketing Consultants to coordinate campaigns with internal and external partners

    + Responsible for increasing sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative and credit issues, providing campaign reporting and assisting in other sales processes as necessary

    + Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 2+ years experience in an inside or outside sales assistant/coordinator environment preferred

    + Digital media sales experience strongly preferred

    + Ability to multi-task, manage operational processes and experience with web-based operation systems is necessary

    + Must demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Previous experience in Google DFP and online CMS systems is a plus

    + Candidate needs to be a self-starter, have a positive attitude in difficult situations and be personally motivated
