Summary Individual assists the PMRF Program Manager by providing programmatic and administrative support services for the PMRF Real Time Computing Center (RTCC) Upgrade Project. This project provides software engineering services associated with the development and maintenance of complex computer programs and applications associated with PMRF’s complex instrumentation and infrastructure systems. These services include development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, POA&Ms, briefing material; reviewing and editing project documentation; participating in meetings and telcons; and various administrative activities required to support the Project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) used for the RTCC Project that defines project functional activities and identifies associated resources and schedule. • Maintain a RTCC Project Master Schedule and develop subservient task specific schedules for activities within the Master Schedule as required. • Participates in various levels of meetings, working groups, technical interchanges, telcons, etc., associated with software and/or applications being developed. • Review and provide comments for various project documents describing system and software requirements, operational procedures and/or manuals, and documentation developed to design, develop, code, test, evaluate, and debug computer programs. • Generate weekly and monthly status reports documenting the status of the project’s technical activities, e.g., tasks assigned, tasks accomplished, tasks remaining, topics requiring Government support, and any updated schedules as appropriate. • Generates programmatic material as required, e.g., meeting announcements, agendas, briefs, minutes, action items, schedules, presentations, memorandums, etc. • Collaborate with the project team members to identify, plan, coordinate, and schedule travel requirements to support project requirements. • Collaborate with the project team members to identify and procure hardware and software items necessary to support project requirements. • Exercises discretion and independent judgement in representing and/or resolving matters of significance on behalf of the customer. • Generate various documents and reports using Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel, Visio, etc. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (technical field). • Ten (10) years of program management experience, ideally including subcontract management • Working knowledge and experience with PMRF range operations. • Working knowledge of standard Navy terminology • Must be a self-starter, able to work effectively on an individual basis and/or as part of a team; requires limited to no supervision. • Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in written form. • Basic knowledge of software engineering, design, and development principles and practices. • Basic knowledge of local area network (LAN) protocols, network operations, and crypto equipment used on DoD networks. • Experience working with project teams that operate remotely across multiple time zones. • Individual needs a sound working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat. • Must be able to successfully pass the required pre-employment drug screening. • SECRET Security Clearance (required). Desired Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering or technical discipline). • 12 years of Program Management experience, ideally including subcontract management • 10 years of experience working at PMRF • Five (5) years of experience working with PMRF instrumentation and infrastructure systems. • Five (5) years of experience working with software development projects • Three (3) years of experience working with DoD networks • Three (3) years of experience working with PMRF’s RTCC, APIS, and TOSR facilities Integrits Corporation complies with provisions of the EEO and ADA laws.
