Supply Chain Manager
Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is a global organization within Amazon that designs, builds, deploys, and maintains mission-critical infrastructure supporting Amazon’s operations network and partnering with suppliers worldwide to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of products and services at scale. We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to own the development and implementation of data-driven supplier performance solutions. In this role, you'll design and execute programs that transform our supplier performance management approach, leveraging analytics to drive measurable improvements across our global supply chain network.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute supplier performance programs, including metrics frameworks and analytics-driven improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain performance measurement systems that enable data-driven decision making
• Develop technical requirements for analytics tools and dashboards that enhance supply chain visibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement performance controls and standardized metrics
• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain documentation for performance measurement methodologies and processes
• Drive process improvements through quantitative analysis and systematic problem solving

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, compliance, or a related field, with a strong focus on global supply chain compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying a wide range of supply chain-related laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., customs, export controls, anti-corruption).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supply chain compliance programs, including the design of policies, procedures, and controls.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams and deliver compelling compliance training.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and customs processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, business, law); advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
