• Senior Product Manager - Remote

    Job Summary

    We’re looking for a strategic and technically fluent **Senior Product Manager** to lead AI/ML-driven initiatives within our **Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)** ecosystem. This role will shape the product vision, roadmap, and execution of intelligent cloud services that empower partners and customers through automation, insights, and scalable AI capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Define and drive the product vision for AI/ML-powered features across CSP offerings, including intelligent provisioning, predictive analytics, and automated support.

    + Identify opportunities to embed machine learning into partner workflows, licensing models, and customer success tools.

    + Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to scope, validate, and deliver AI/ML models that enhance partner and customer experiences.

    + Integrate AI/ML capabilities into partner portals, billing systems, and provisioning workflows.

    + Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.

    + Define KPIs for model performance, partner adoption, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    + 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.

    + Deep understanding of CSP programs, cloud licensing, and partner ecosystems.

    + Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products at scale—ideally in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise environments.

    + Familiarity with ML model lifecycle, data pipelines, and performance evaluation.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with VP+ audiences.

    + Experience working with APIs, partner portals, and cloud provisioning systems.
