    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    **Pay Range:** Up to $16/hr (Weekly Pay!)

    **Schedule:** 40 hours/ week (Mon–Saturday, 8am–5pm)

    2. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

    • Identify and source parts needed for repairs

    • Provide accurate cost estimates to the Service team

    • Place and track orders with multiple suppliers and manufacturers

    • Communicate daily status updates to the Service team

    • Verify receipts, manage returns, and resolve order issues

    • Maintain organized inventory and support technicians with part needs

    3. Required Skills & Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • 2+ years of experience in administrative, inventory, or customer service roles

    • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, order tracking systems)

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in parts coordination or service department support

    • Familiarity with inventory/order management software

    • Knowledge of mechanical or industrial parts
