    NovaCare Rehabilitation in Bowie, MD is seeking a **per diem Physical Therapist** to support our orthopedic and oncology patient population. This is a great opportunity for a licensed clinician with outpatient orthopedic experience and a strong interest in cancer rehabilitation.

     

    **Cancer rehab experience is strongly preferred** , but we welcome therapists who are passionate about this specialty and eager to learn— **training is available** for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

    + Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

    + Complete and maintain required trainings

    + Maintain compliance with government regulations

    + Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

    + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certified

    + Licensed clinical outpatient orthopedic experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
