    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and reliable warehouse workers to join our team. This role involves performing essential shipping and receiving activities across multiple shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform daily shipping activities and prepare products for shipment.

    + Assist in the organization of the warehouse, including inventory management and cycle counts.

    + Label and relabel products as necessary.

    + Operate mobile equipment, tow motors, and forklifts safely and efficiently.

    + Conduct daily receiving and subcontracting activities and complete related documentation.

    + Prepare outgoing shipments using services like UPS and FedEx.

    + Perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records.

    + Follow and understand written and verbal instructions to ensure smooth workflow.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    + Experience operating forklifts and tow motors.

    + Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks.

    + Comprehensive warehouse knowledge.

    + Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is required.

    + Ability to work off shifts for union integration.

    + Preferred experience with tow motors and forklifts.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires flexibility to work across different shifts: 1st shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm), 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), and 3rd Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am).

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.40 - $17.40/hr.
