Compensation Data
• Base Salary: Starting @ $29 per hour | 💰 Annual Bonus Eligibility
What You'll Do
Based in Ottawa, Kansas USA, this position is focused on providing technical data based on set of circumstances provided in phone conversation. Research and build data and products to enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Daily interaction with dealers and field staff to answer inquiries regarding parts technical identification, availability within global system, order status, etc.
+ Entering special orders and internal ordering as required
+ Learn and understand international shipping methods/tracking
+ Liaison in researching part pricing and competition
+ Maintain database for various reports and vendor partner use
+ Follow internal processes to maintain accurate inventory
+ Ensure customer service and satisfaction
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, High School Diploma/GED required
Experience:
+ Prior industrial equipment / automotive retail parts sales/ customer service experience
+ Related experience in sourcing or engineering, related fields would be considered
Competencies:
+ Good time management skills with organization and prioritization abilities
+ Strong mechanical or electrical aptetude
+ Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical Bill Of Materials documents
+ Customer Service oriented
+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Solid interpersonal, communication and listening skills
