Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to conduct maintenance on distillers, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. This role involves oil changes, cleaning and tightening belts, and maintaining a safe and clean workshop by adhering to safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for tracking all performed equipment maintenance in logs and performing preventive maintenance on all equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct maintenance on distillers, including oil changes and cleaning air lines.

+ Maintain a safe and clean workshop, following safety guidelines.

+ Track all equipment maintenance in logs.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment.

+ Program production equipment using PLCs.

+ Troubleshoot production equipment when programming issues arise.

+ Repair and maintain equipment and building facilities.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical and electrical experience.

+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting in a production environment.

+ Experience with repairs on conveyor systems and production equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Any education or certificates in manufacturing or maintenance-related fields are a bonus.

This position operates in a large production environment, working alongside maintenance technicians and production workers to address all repairs and maintenance issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RIVERSIDE, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.93 - $35.93/hr.
