Job Description
The position involves hands-on labor, including removing drywall and flooring, handling heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and carrying debris to designated areas.
Responsibilities
+ Perform labor tasks such as removing drywall, flooring, and tiles.
+ Handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and carry it to designated disposal areas.
+ Collaborate with a tenured Restoration Technician during training.
+ Clean floors, walls, and surfaces, and dispose of trash.
+ Remove ceiling tiles and clean fixtures.
+ Engage in disaster restoration, including fire, smoke, water, and flood damage restoration.
+ Perform smoke and wet carpet cleanup.
Essential Skills
+ Excellent communication skills for following instructions and safety rules.
+ Experience in general labor and restoration work.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
+ Willingness to work 12-hour shifts if necessary.

Work Environment
You will work in commercial and disaster restoration settings, providing anything from basic to extensive cleanup services. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $27.00/hr.
