TIG Welder Needed: 1st Shift, 6:00AM-2:30PM + Overtime

Pay: $24-30/hr based of experience & weld test** **Contract to Direct: 90 Days!

Job Description

Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will be responsible for the fabrication of a variety of commercial food industry products, including cabinets, counters, and food and breath guards. You will analyze plans, drawings, layouts, and work orders to determine work requirements and the sequence of sheet metal assignments, as well as interpret shop drawings, sketches, layouts, and blueprints. This role involves 100% TIG welding on stainless steel.

Responsibilities

+ Fabricate commercial food industry products such as cabinets, counters, and food and breath guards.

+ Analyze and interpret plans, drawings, layouts, and work orders.

+ Determine work requirements and sequence of sheet metal assignments.

+ Interpret shop drawings, sketches, layouts, and blueprints.

+ Perform 100% TIG welding on stainless steel.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in TIG welding, especially on stainless steel.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

+ Experience with food-grade stainless steel.

+ Strong fabrication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
